A diaphanous veil of sound mixing like paints in water against which an order emerges as a consequence of how the composer structured the piece:

Every grouping that repeats consists of 6 notes. The piece, however, is written in 4 beats. That means that there are 4 notes played (because each note is a 16th note) for each beat of the 4 beats per bar of music. But because the 6 notes of each grouping do not neatly divide into 4, the start of every grouping is at a different place in each beat. It’s a bit easier to demonstrate than it is to describe:

Half way through the piece, the RH begins a patterns of 2. This change will be a bit tricky. Everything about the piece that is useful is about how you internalize the meter while you play and how the brain organizes the work of the hands in that context.

I recommend learning it in its entirety. You can find the rest of its tutorial parts here.
